Breakfast was sensational, exceptional views, wonderful location so close to taxi or private hire vehicles, nearest train station, and subway, market and embassies. My double room was practical and very well kept. I had a spacious bathroom.

Facilities were modern, yet Wi-Fi connection was slow.

Great location, huge room, quiet inside, good value for miney.

I have stayed at this serviced hotel a number ofbtimes. Although showing it's age a bit, the staff room design and comfort and location near silom are still great.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The rooms are large and comfortable. All amenities are provided.

The rooms are slightly overpriced for the hotel location. Next to the hotel is a construction site so ensure that you get a room facing the other side. Breakfast slesction could be better for the price, quite limited.

Excellent and helpful staff. Cleaniless of the room. Good facilities - but unfortunately the whether not allowed us to use the swimming pool.

Price is a bit rated higher compared to other 4-5 stars international chained hotel. There is a construction site nearby. The staffs are helpful enough to arrange another suite so just avoid facing directly the site. However the alternative room was smaller than the original one we reserved. It was also hard to find the way to the hotel when we arrived at the first day. But it might due to the road /street marking system of Thailand. Breakfast time also finishes quite early at 10:00am.

Great location near Lumphini Park. Spacious One Bedroom Junior Suite with comfortable amenities. The staff is friendly. Access to a large gym and pool area. Enjoyed the convenient shuttle service for easy exploration.

Great space in 2 bed apartment for young family with 2 children. Friendly staff, good food at very reasonable prices. Free shuttle service to nearby bts station. Good facilities in room and hotel including good sized pool, laundry, spa / massage. Free Internet in rooms.

Very few non smoking rooms. Very expensive to print from computer.

The warm atmosphere and well-kept common areas. The shuttle service was convenient.

The rooms are clean and offer a nice view of Bangkok. You have everything you need to listen to music, cook, complimentary fruits etc...

The staff. Very rude. I was travelling with a backpack and was receiveing a very different treatment from the other customer. I had to wait 45 minutes to have my rooms (they were making "verifications"). Then when I left they made me open my bags to check that one of the robes in the room was not there. Absolutely incredible, I had never seen that...

Amazing experience to stay in Bangkok! Highly recommended to family with young child the room provides a lot of space to play/ run. Friendly and helpful staff gives accurate advice for the local transportation. Definitely will stay again in next trip to Bangkok.
